The Dötsch-Haupt winery in the beautiful Moselle village of Kobern-Gondorf cultivates around 12 hectares of vineyards. The specialisation in the vinification of dry and semi-dry wines can be described as somewhat unusual for the region. The cultivated varieties are very typical for the Moselle: white wine from Riesling grapes and Pinot Noir as red wine. The vineyards of the family business are located in the Koberner terraced vineyards Schloßberg, Weißenberg, Fahrberg and Uhlen.
In the own wine tasting room up to 50 persons can take place and as a special highlight the family also offers guided vineyard walks and covered wagon trips with wine tastings.
