Mosel Hiking Trail Stage 16 - Neef to Ediger-Eller

The section between Neef and Ediger-Eller is the shortest of the 24 tours - but it has undoubtedly in itself: Because of the Mosel trail leads here directly in the steepest vineyard in Europe, the Bremmer Calmont. The serpentine climb is a challenge at the end of an observation deck waiting, which frees one of the best views of the whole Mosel sidewalk. A few steps further, their gaze is drawn to the location in the valley ruin Klosterstuben and the legendary Vierseenblick - a division of the Mosel run in four sections. For mountain walkers there are fixed in addition the opportunity to take the adventure of Calmont-ferrata in attack and to traverse the steep slopes of the ridge over steps or ladders. At the end of the stage it is an idyllic vineyard path to Ediger-Eller.
