The Grainskopf is a 12-metre-high viewing point situated in the middle of the Wehlen forest – near the Trinity – a pre-Christian cult site on the Mosel.The steel viewing tower rewards the hiker or mountain biker with a fascinating panorama across the Mosel valley.

To get to the Grainskopf you have to walk from Wehlen through the orchards up to the Wehlen Plateau. From here you carry on to the Trinity, at the crossroads of which stands a red sandstone cross. From the Wehlen Trinity you proceed to the Grainskopf where you can enjoy a wonderful Mosel panorama.
