Hoffmann`s Wine Bar

In the Kues district near to the bridge-head, a beautiful slate and quarry-stone building houses the Hotel and Restaurant Hoffmann's Wine Bar. Here, proprietors Kerstin and Udo Seifert invite their guests to spend pleasant hours among friends. The refined cuisine is based upon the use of fresh herbs and selected ingredients which make simple dishes shine in new splendour. Here you can taste the seasons of the year and, in combination with a drop of fine Mosel wine, the regional climate as well. As a matter of course there are also culinary adventures for vegetarians and vegans on offer. In Hoffmann's Wine Bar, the philosophy is “enjoy life to the fullest”.
