Mosel Hiking Trail Stage 19 - Cochem to Treis-Karden

Here the Mosel climbing is very varied, it offers but worthwhile detour, z. B. to a rushing waterfall in a nature reserve Dortebachtal with its exotic sounding microclimate or to one of the many rest stops in the idyllic wine places along the way. Directly on the Mosel riser however, invites the Archeology Park Martberg on a journey into the faithfully reconstructed building of the former Celtic-Roman mountain sanctuary. But also scenic, this stage has a lot to offer; the trail leads through the beautiful high forest, through vineyards and along river valleys, until finally the stage destination Treis-Karden is achieved.
