The “original guided tour in Beilstein”, according to the radio station WDR, lead by Rainer Vitz, promises historical flair in an easy-going way. With his easel and his hat, Mr. Vitz recounts the history of the town of Beilstein, spanning up to 700 years. The tour comprises the picturesque medieval city walls, the historic market place and the tithe house. The high-point is the Medieval jousting court, but you will also not be done out of the Jewish quarter, the synagogue and Beilstein's castle.
