The Schleimer winery in the Olewiger Valley is only 10 minutes away from Trier city centre and has been run as a family winery since the 3rd generation. In the picturesquely situated vineyards directly behind the winery, besides Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Rivaner, Kerner, Gewürztraminer and even red varieties such as Pinot Noir and Merlot are cultivated.
In the cosy wine tavern with its Mediterranean terrace, you can indulge yourself not only with the wines but also with tasty vintner's food.
