Mosel Hiking Trail Stage 24 - Winningen to Koblenz

The target stage leads mostly through vineyards along about Witch Hill, remembers with a monument to the medieval witch hunts. About the panorama with green meadows and countless fruit trees it comes to Koblenz. A feeder path runs along the railway line and past the old castle towards the landmark of the city, the Deutsches Eck. At this popular especially in the summer course the Mosel flows into the Rhine. A cable car ride to the impressive fortress of Ehrenbreitstein, a visit to the colorful plants of the former BUGA site or a very relaxing boat trip round the walk perfectly.
