In the "Villa Thanisch", built in 1884 and situated on the banks of the Kueser Mosel, is the estate house of the Thanisch Winery. There is also the own wine shop as well as the "Ab-Hof-Verkauf" of the famous winery.

The company is a VDP founding member (Verband Deutscher Prädikats- und Qualitätsweingüter) and is managed by Sophia Thanisch in the 4th generation by a female hand.
