You don't have to be particularly athletic or super fit to stand up paddle, the sport is easy on the joints and has a low cardiovascular load, but you should be a safe swimmer.

In summer 2022, in addition to rental, we offer the full range of our Stand Up Paddling courses & tours at three different locations in the greater region: in Losheim on the bathing lake, in Trier on the Moselle and in Saarbrücken on the Saar. Our course and rental fees include a rental board incl. paddle and leash and of course a life jacket. Our courses and tours are exclusively conducted by trained SUP instructors, participation with your own SUP at reduced prices is also possible. At all three locations we also rent the latest equipment from Fanatic, Makaio, JP & Starboard from May to September. We have various sizes and shapes of boards in stock, ranging from kids boards, beginner and touring boards to the 10.8" Fanatic Fly Air, which can easily carry 150Kg.

Especially for groups of 6 people or more, we offer stand up paddleboard rental as well as our own SUP courses, guiding, tours or corporate events (also with catering upon request). The event can take place on the Losheimer See, on the Mosel or on the Saar, other places or waters are of course also possible on request.
